The same rhythm & the type of the melodies, we have exactly on the Epirus regional traditional music in northwestern Greece, but with a clarinet, violin & folk lute. Amazing!!! The Tuareg music, has many "faces". But especially some traditional solo Tuareg songs with only the imzad & a man singing, reminds me the vlachs traditional music of Epirus & the western Macedonia (only the Greek Macedonia is Macedonia) which is being played with only one flute & a solo man voice, exactly on the same melodic base as it sounds on some of the traditional solo Tuareg imzad songs. Music similarities between two so different cultures.

Hello. That is a Vlach language song from northwestern Greece, Epirus region as I said also in my central comment. Especially in that song I found many similarities on the scales and melodies with some of the Tuareg blues zen which have those music scales, but just with balkan sounds (traditional clarinet) and balkan romance language (Vlach)!!!
Similar scales having the rest greek language Epirus music. I will give you next a better example, an example of Epirus Folk Metal, just as Tuareg doing today in their music (tradition+rock/blues).
Of course the Tuareg music is more recognizable by its more classic amazigh and african melodic scales.
But some other scales, more unique, are similar to the Epirus scales.
Also in the folk Algerian music, you will find sometimes similarities between those and the Greek clarinet music of Roumeli and Peloponnese, which is different from the Epirus region melodic scales.

@@ojberrettaberretta5314 The first ever Tuareg song that reminded me Epirus music harmony, was the "Toumast" from Abdullah Oubadougou, in "Imuhar" movie album!!! So I think in general, some of the Niger Tuareg singing style and melodies, are the "nearest" to the Greek, Epirus music scales.
