As a Venture main, I'm going to answer all of these questions:
Shoot Drill Shoot Melee combo on their backliners :)
Favorite map for Venture HAS to be Rialto. Defense and offense is just so good for Venture with the tight corners, easy to access highground, and decent flanks.
Zarya. Easily. Honorable mentions are Winston for diving, but only if the Winston is good (rare), and Roadhog for defensive Venture combos!
For DPS, really any good character such as Cassidy, Tracer, Sojo, Soldier, and Pharah. All of these can cover for me and also apply pressure when I can't, and vice versa.

Venture fun fact: the only support that’s capable of healing them underground consistently is Zen, since his orb lasts on Venture longer than Mercy’s beam, and other characters can only land it as they go underground, making Zen synergize well with Venture
also, discord makes it incredibly easy to get a pick with the combos, best support duo for Venture and I will die on that hill

I had Thieves marked in round 2 because of one reason, the tanks. With Venture I see a lot of them love doom, winston, and ball but not once have I heard one say that they wanted a Dva over the three before. Also if they wanted a really defensive tank to help them zarya seems more beloved by Ventures over Dva
