Hello, I have a sensation of tension in my third chakra for years. It does move to the back of my head or down my neck when I meditate and my torso will also shake at time. I think it could be trapped fear or anxiety because when I am stressed it feels tighter and even more distracting. Mentally it is preoccupying as my thoughts tend to be negative and judgmental 😔. Hard time focusing. It’s strange to describe; not sure what to make of it. Wondering if you might have any insight?
