Wielhouwer RFRA Lecture, 1 April 2015

In light of the controversy over Indiana's passage of a state RFRA, I took a day to explain the history and background of this law, and what it does and does not do. I provide what I believe to be an even-handed explanation, and end by directing students (and viewers) to websites of critics and defenders of the law.
