- Eternal Sailor Moon! But...? She's strange!
Sooo, to be honest I'm not a big fan of Eternal Sailor Moon's uniform, and the transformation too is a bit disappointing in my opinion, therefore even though I was not going to do this at first, since a lot of people were asking I said, "Well, why not?" ... But of course, I did it on my own terms!
Aside from the Chalice, I added a scene where she gets her boots and jewels. but yet again, I was not satisfied because of the uniform... Looking at the artbook, there are some beautiful variation of her fuku, so I said myself, "Well, screw it, my video, my rules.", and I implemented some elements from the artbook to her fuku!
I find the white theme to be more elegant and fitting for a future queen - Eternal Sailor Moon is supposed to be the form with the powers closest to the Queen, so to me is just fitting she would switch from pink to white.
I hope you like my ideas!

Thank you for noticing the orchids! I used them as they are a major theme in the Stars artbook! Maybe you know already, but for those who don't, this specific breed was named something like "Happy Barry Sailor Moon" (their color reminds of Sailor Moon's hair), and Naoko was so honored she featured these flowers a lot in her illustrations!

YOU DID A PHENOMENAL JOB! This is waaaay better than the actual eternal transformation. I always felt that the actual one was too short and lacking some things compared to her previous transformations but omg you nailed this! I can only imagine how long it must've took 💖
I had this feeling too and I was surprised when I saw it's actually the LONGEST. It's just "empty", so I tried to put some "spice" back in. Glad you liked it! ❤️

I'm happy you like my animations, but they come at a cost. I literally worked only one month and a half during the past year because of the pandemic. My job as a cook requires me to work from 11 to 14 hours a day, and this for six months straight - hence why when I'm home I just want to rest and I barely touch my projects. Don't get me wrong, I'm actually super happy and excited I was able to make more animations, but I kinda need my paycheck too XD

Yeah they really ruined a chance to make her look regal and mature and not cheesy and kiddish. If they kept season 1 and 2 of crystal art style and just fixed it a little they would have had something good.

its not better but its just so perfect for fananimation if they did her like this i think fandom will attack that form too (DOn't get me wrong I love this style more than the eternal movie and 90s version But i don't think people will love this since they rejected good art style in s1-2) (the s1-2 has a great art style just animation was bad)

I agree, I absolutely HATE the original Eternal form. I know I probably lost points as a Sailor Moon fan for that but honestly, it's true! I find the Eternal form to be bulky and the colors of the original remind me of Mc Donalds colors than something that is supposed to be beautiful and fit for a queen!
You did a great job at this! I like how you made her have small elegant wings than the big bulky wings of the original, which she once demonstrated as being bulky by knocking some stuff down with them in one episode! XD
Not to mention she performed Moon Tiara Action with a 🍕

Hating the way the Eternal form looks actually is a popular thing to do as a Sailor Moon fan. 😅
I think the shoulder pads were supposed to be based off of how some of their school uniforms with the short sleeves looked circular, but it didn't translate well. I think it would have been better had the shoulder pieces been similar to ones for the Bronze Cloths in Saint Seiya, and I wish that the Inners/Outers didn't get identical white boots and kept their unique shoe styles.
I agree with you on the loss of individuality of each senshi. I get it's supposed to represent team unity, but in their last uniform they just feel cheap eachothers' lookalikes.
I think the best rendition for the round shoulder pads has been done by Supreme Moon Senshi, using Serenity's dress shoulder pads as a base for them. Very elegant and fitting on Usagi.

It's true. A lot of people complain about Sailor Moon Crystal's quality, but to be fair, knowing how Toei treats their employees, it's already a lot that they didn't draw a penis in every frame out of spite.
THIS IS TRULY ETHERAL!! First off, love the adjustments you made to Eternal Moon, she looks mature here. The Moon chalice being present for most of the transformation is a nice touch and the angelic wings suits her well..

This looks oustanding and I love how you make the transformation more visually complete by adding every piece of the costume. This is what lacked which lacked in Super S and Sailor Stars compared to the previous 3 seasons. Can you please create one for SuperS/Dream arc Super Sailor Moon where not only does she transform individually but where the transformation is just as gradual. You can make the gloves and boots appear before the skirt and the long bowtails materialize. You could also use the SMC version of moon cosmic power as a template combined with your later seasons 90s anime inspired artwork and if you can squeeze in the Moon Crisis Make up theme.

Yeah, indeed. As much as I like these wings more, I have the slight suspicion that Toei might have asked Naoko Takeuchi to use a simpler design, it happened already that she had to change things because of this (ex., Toei asked her to draw the Starlights with long hair or the dolls "wouldn't sell")
@@Starseed86 Yup. One of the directors even confirmed that fact in an interview with TuxedoUnmasked. For the first season she wanted the senshi to have farcy detailed outfits with gadgets, masks and capes but he eventually convinved her to tone everything down so they will be easier to animate.
I assume he meant the original concept sketches and the caped Sailor Moon design.

I love this one! Now, all the transformation sequences for each Eternal Sailor Guardian are essentially complete! Of course, you still have Eternal Sailor Saturn’s transformation sequence to rework, just like you said. After you complete said transformation sequence, as well as Eternal Sailor Mercury’s alternate transformation sequence that I requested, which should be retraced and referenced from “Ami’s First Love,” how about doing the introductory speech sequences for each Eternal Sailor Guardian, starting with Eternal Sailor Moon and Eternal Sailor Chibi Moon? Speaking of Eternal Double Moon, how about doing one with Eternal Sailor Moon alone first, then one with Eternal Chibi Moon alone, and then one with both of them?
The gloves and the boots part is exactly what the dual transformation of Sailor Moon and Chibimoon in their superforms needs
