2003-2023 Chevy Express A/C Condenser Removal

HAPPY NEW YEAR!!!! In this video I show you to replace your A/C condenser on a Chevy Express with Sealed Beam Headlights (Square Headlights). This particular vehicle is a 2017 Express 3500 but procedure is the same on any 2003 & newer Express with Square Headlights. On this job I did not actually replace the condenser but it had to be removed to get to something else so i thought I would show you how to do it.

**NOTE** PLEASE evacuate your A/C system the proper way before removing any A/C system component. If you do not know how to evacuate or don't have the equipment you can take it to a licensed repair shop to have the system evacuated. DO NOT just pull any A/C Line off without evacuating first as the system is under a good amount of pressure and can result in serious injury.
