It's soo true coz early June I received breakup news from my boyfriend....I was in denial I couldn't believe but right now I have accepted it. But something that have helped me is to feel those buried feeling, talking about it with God especially and also the fact am seeing a therapist. It's a journey the way it has been put you can't just wake up n be strong at once . kudos ladies ❤ for those insights n being real
