My variation on that is a pinchtwist at 8" along the upper part of the wing then do bubbles to the tail tie-in to mimic feathers. The pinchtwist helps shape+redirect the wing. I'd do similarly with the feet; bubble, 3 minibubbles, bubble, optionally pinchtwist the 2 outer minibubbles but not essential = webbed foot, repeat for other foot. I do shoes as rounded loops, hands/feet using short lines of pinchtwisted mini bubbles, usually proportioned 3 1-1-1 3.
