Tochal Complex has many recreational and sports facilities located in Velenjak, north of Tehran.

Bame Tehran or The Roof of Tehran is located in the north of Tehran where you can go to have a fair view of the city. You can walk through the walking path with a mild slope or get on the inexpensive bus to get there. There are kiosks and food stalls along the way and at the end of the path. Sometimes there are also some exhibitions at the end of the route. This area is suitable for walking and taking photos.
With about 30 minutes of walking on the Tochal walkway (Bam-e Tehran), you will reach a place where you can see the whole city of Tehran from above.
