BOWSER'S Forms: Weak to Powerful 💪
The face of video game antagonists and perhaps the most persistent villain in any form of media, Bowser has garnered a legacy of being the primary threat to the Mushroom Kingdom ever since the debut of Super Mario Bros. in 1985. Sure, Wario, Wart, Donkey Kong and others have stepped in on occasion to thwart the iconic Italian plumber, but no one has displayed their consistency and dedication quite like the Koppa King himself. Despite being the most reoccurring final boss in history, the actual form that Bowser takes has varied quite significantly from game to game. Whether that be due to the use of special items, being possessed by other characters, or an unexplained huge variation in size, Bowser may not surprise us with his presence but he can be very surprising in his presentation. Today we’re looking at the various forms of the destructive turtle to find out which ones are the least threatening and which ones would make us run for the hills.

Mega Baby Bowser is technically the same as Giant Bowser.

Dry Bowser up a bit, Giga Bowser down a LOT, all giant Bowser up a good chunk and Dreamy Bowser up to 2nd place, PLUS maybe add regular Bowser as reference. Then all works out

@@indominusreags2278both easily wins though, lore wise he can do literally anything. gameplay wise he is miles harder than any othera bowser, he 2 shots you in hard mode with any attack (he does like 180 damage while you have about 200) has hard to dodge attacks and protects his main health by protecting it with his two hands with two other different health pools and all 3 of those health pools regen every turn when he decides to do go in the background being unreachable and wont come back until you killed nearly all of the dozens of enemies he just summoned, while he himself has alot of health.
cant think of any bowser fight harder than this, he has never been closer to ruling the whole world than in dream team.

Dreamy bowser I genuinely don't know-
On one hand, the idea to inhale the dream stone fragments was made on a whim out of nowhere, with no thought put into it, or the potential horrific consequences that could occur, making that decision very incompetent- yet, it led to Bowser becoming nearly omnipotent, so it was also the most competent choice Bowser has ever made at the same time-
I strongly disagree with dreamy bowser. The power to wish for anything alone makes the fight automatically trivial. Need to weaken fury bowser? Wish for the light towers with the power to weaken him. Need to take away fury bowser’s powers? Wish the paint to be removed from his body. Want an advantage? Wish yourself to turn into his size and even clone yourself. Bowser has no problem doing stuff like this if he can create entire airships, with minions, functioning weapons, and functioning driving, create clones of himself, turn himself giant on a whim, and even replenish his own health.
The dream stone doesn’t have a limit in power output. It’s as powerful as dreams itself. It only dissipated and shattered after bowser fight because Mario and Luigi literally crushed his dreams. They were too powerful for dreams and wishes to even affect them. Which may have a lot to do with Luigi considering it is said in game his brain wavelength is similar to that of pillo people and some of their deities. Zeekeeper is a straight up god that can tear through dimensions and Luigi solo’d him at max power.
To add on to that last point, Mario fell asleep, in the dream world (which is death at that point) and was able to wake up from it when fighting antasma.
Fax all though Mario and lugi weren’t stronger than the dreams or they probably were but that’s not why they won the fight cause Dreamy Bowser was cleary more powerful than them it was only because of plot Mario and lugi won in reality he could just have wished them out of existence (erase them fully) as Bowser not only controlls every Dream World which is actually Universes and Universe clusters but straight out transcends them we know Dreamy Bowser was going to erase all dreams and recreate them for himself which also proves my point Mario was levels above Mouser who he alone could destroy entire dreams without a problem so you’re right om that but even Mario and Lugi dosen’t come close to the Dream Stone

Bowser was always a borderline god. With any of the top 3 forms (namely dreamy bowser) turns him into a literal god

I love all the Bowser forms.
I didn't know Bowser had some brother, or the fact that he was in the Skylanders franchise. There's also the Koopa Kid, from the Mario Party franchise and the Koopalings that are exempt from the list as well. As for who is most powerful, Black Paint Paper Bowser is capable of spreading Armageddon in the Paper world due to many forms of Black Paint wielding technology. Fury Bowser could be the real world Godzilla if its fury is left unchecked. You also missed the Sticker Crown Bowser from Sticker Star and Origami Bowser in Origami King.

I think Origami Bowser would probably rank pretty low, probably getting the silver metal of weakness in all honesty.
And sticker star Bowser, again, not too strong, but I think the giant thing might be enough to put him above Rookie.

Yeah, I figured Fury Bowser was similar to Godzilla. I also liked the giant battles in Mario & Luigi Bowser’s Inside Story.

In Bowser Fury, aren’t you fighting a weakened bowser? Like I believe the only way to damage him was to use light against him. Thus weakening him when you battle him. It still pretty crazy you need light to beat him the fact that this bowser is a follow up from Mario galaxy one.
Nope, Dreamy Bowser is the strongest bar none, while it might have a handicap that the transformation could wear off if enough power is used, he could still beat Fury Bowser, and Giga Bowser isn't on the same level as either of them.

I agree Dreamy Bowser has one of most op superpowers around: Reality warping. He can create minions at will, clone himself, produce meat to heal himself by a lot of HP, an even turn himself big at will which is something that almost always requires outside force for Bowser to do. He just still had his weakpoints because he did just inhaled fragments of the Dream Stone instead of the entire thing whole. If he did, he'd probably be unstoppable.

How many times he’s been possessed could be another showing of how strong he is considering that villains see that they could be unstoppable by combining their power with his
What's interesting is that most of the villains who possess him remark about how amazingly powerful his body is. This implies that, if Bowser wasn't an idiot, he'd probably be able to make use of his natural talents to become nearly unstoppably powerful which is pretty much what happens every time a smarter villain possesses him. So in other words, Bowser is the worst user of his own body.
Another thing that's interesting is that Bowser seems to be aware of some of the possible paths to ultimate power that would make him godlike, but refuses to use them and even chastises other villains who do go for these paths because those paths would cause great harm to his people. So he does have the means to become powerful enough to annihilate the Mushroom Kingdom by just farting in its general direction, but will never resort to those means because there are certain ethical lines he refuses to cross. The guy can probably do some demonic ritual that involves sacrificing all of the Koopas to turn him into a god, but he also likely burned the instructions on purpose so that it would never happen.

It was inevitable that Fury Bowser was first on your list, seeing as how powerful he actually is.
The only form of bowser that required a certain form to face. Especially a power up as powerful as the giga bell. Likely the single strongest power up in Mario history
Fury Bowser has gameplay mechanics on his side, that’s the only thing going for him. He has no feats or statements that put him above giant bowser from SMG2. Dreamy Bowser by far is no. 1.

Technically, shouldn't Star Rod Bowser be the most powerful? He literally becomes invincible, with his invincibility was only countered by all 7 wish granting Star Spirits, and he possessed the ability to grant wishes himself. If he wanted to, he actually could have just wished Mario dead on the spot, but his pride made him want to actually defeat him in combat, which is what ultimately led to his downfall.
And Dreamy???
I'd say second most powerful- dreamy deserves #1, as while star rod bowser relied on an item that could be weakened by the 7 wish stars, dreamy bowser was able to do exactly what star rod bowser could... without the weaknesses.
Giga Bowser should have been ranked higher because even though he lost he was able to hold his own against all the Smash Bros characters at least once and considering how many of them can defeat gods it's safe to say he most likely has godlike power as well.
And yet he can get no-sold by a good enough Duck Hunt.

Technically he's not quite that strong since he only inhaled peices of the dream stone but other than that you're correct.
@@chadpeterson5698 in game it is stated he inhaled ALL of the dream stone fragments. Otherwise the dream stone would not be in one piece directly after the fight.
You can see in his design that the dream stone is fully intact to prove this. So he was at full power, it is just Mario and Luigi are so powerful that they are completely immune to reality warping and stronger than dreams itself.
And to be completely real, if what you said actually had been the case, and bowser was only absorbing a fraction of the dream stone granted you the ability to create life, food, constructs, duplicate, turn giant, enhance abilities, and wish for anything, then that implies the full power of it would make him unstoppable.

Here's a cool idea: video game heroes and video game villains each making a heist crew.
Its the original Super Mario Bros. game, where Bowser fights more than 5 times. In his original form in the 1985 game, Mario fights Bowser 8 times, making it their longest battle
Meowser also uses the squriell powerup because their tail in the fight is not normal or the cat tail its the striped fluffy tail

Because just Bob-omb Battlefield is described by Mario as a parallel world of some sorts when he calls it a world and compares it to the main verse's realm as a world. We also know Bowser made this pretty much instantly. And we know Bowser created these worlds individually, because Toad describes them as Bowser's "separate" worlds. Browser who tanked the collapse of his Galaxy Reactor, which was stated to threaten the very fabric of the universe whilst extremely fatigued. Bowser's Galaxy Reactor is repeatedly called a universal threat, and was stated to decide "The Fate of the Universe," solidifying it at this tier.

It is shown dozens of times throughout the game--what with Big Massif, Dr. Snoozemore, Mammoshka, etc. that the characters fall asleep numerous times a day due to Pi'illo Island's strange sleepy wavelength. We'll use as many low-ends as possible. 100,000 x 365.25 = 36,525,000. Because people dream 4 to 7 times a night--and people on Pi'illo Isle dream multiple times, we'll use the low-end and assume they all sleep twice. 36,525,000 x 8 = 292,200,000. Finally... 292,200,000 x 100,000,000 = 29,220,000,000,000,000 dreams/universes that are in the Dream Stone (Multiverse level.) Equal to Paper Mario, who created a realm with numerous stars in the background. Has destroyed dimensions and universes.
Bowser empowered by the Star Rod, which allowed him to, at improper power, defeat and imprison the Star Spirits. The Star Spirits are the Star Guardians, guardians of Dream Depot. Dream Depot is a realm that turns all dreams into universes. The Star Spirits can also "create fun-filled games" within this realm, which all seem to take place within a universe, so they likely created it all in the first place; I mean, they're the guardians, creating fun-filled games that are dreams in of themselves, So them creating a realm of at least 5-D size makes them High 2-A, and Bowser w/ the Star Rod scales to this.
