how do you setup Xero for restaurants?

Thanks for the question. First you need to have a Xero subscription, which you can always get yourself but as a Xero Gold Partner we get the subscription at a discounted price. Then it is a matter of editing the report templates to be setup for weeks instead of months and grouping your chart of accounts into proper categories so that the specific ratios/%s can be calculated and built straight into the report templates.
