The size reduction is massively welcome! Now if only we could hit at least 400mW like this. That's about the bare minimum to fly laps around my home without being blind.
@jaysonrees738 you know what I went looked. Confused it with my Walksnail. HDzero only 200mw not 350mw. I fly my HD zero whoop from inside my house. But haven't tried going all the way around my building. But even dji struggles with that here
@@GregQuillen Yeah, I've had a trouble keeping my signal strong enough for the sort of flying I do. My house has a lot of materials in it that block signal, and I like to go around very large trees. At 400mW analog, I can just barely see when behind my home, having nothing but black and white outlines. I love the image that HDZero produces, and the goggles rock, but the transmit power is simply too low right now.
@jaysonrees738 yea. I only use on whoop. For most part I can fly all my backyard and neighbors backyards area but my 350mw walksnail only slightly better. To go around my building I need atleast 1w cause dji I can't see crap and freezes trying to go around. My 3w analog makes it. 🤣
Please more output power next itteration. I've had no problem fitting hdzero whoop and race vtx's in quads. I have however been really bummed that the only vtx i can get solid penatration with is a giant 30x30 board.
I know it might not seem like much to some, but this is awesome. I do have an older kinda rebranded humquad 3 inch I would have put the Rece VTX into, but the odd size didn't really fit. Looks like i have to save up for another VTX/Camera set now lol. Race tested is the best testing, thanks for sharing! Cheers!
Don't get me wrong its always nice to have a newer, better iteration of something... but what hdzero is lacking and many people want even more is a smaller freestyle vtx or something in between freestyle and race with more mw than 200mw
I cut the corners off my whoop lite to save some weight on my 19.47g 65mm hdzero. Sounds like others may have done this as well? Only thing I was worried about was changing the ground shielding pattern but it seems to run just as well still.
@@JekleFPV I hope they have something different in the pipeline. like a smaller freestyle vtx... there is no point in serving the same hardware. but.theres also the possibility that when nobody buys there "outdated" design they end their partnership with hdzero...

Whoop vtx?
@@GregQuillen You mean the old 500mW version?

We need a Race size VTX with 400 or 600mw.
Any plans for a whoop 20/20 vtx with more than 200mw ?
Wow I really like that UFL antenna socket lock !

That's an awesome revision. The new form factor is very welcome. Hopefully the next version will be at 400mW for that same size.

Right... Now lets up the power...... Even if that means a heat shield
12:35 "That's what she said" :D :D :D :D You made my day :D
5V. That is good news !
Loved the thats what she said jokes. Got them pretty Quick every time too. Pretty nice Touch. Keep them coming... ( thats what she said)

Any plan on updating the goggle race bundles being offered since they appear to be out of stock at the moment?
Yesss!! I just bought 3 baby for my racing addiction!
Who is holding the camera? Michael Scott?
Excellent. 👏😎
Thank You...
What flex 3d material do u use, and what brand?
The vtx looks good! Does it have temp sensor too?
Very nice TPU parts. Do you have a link for them? Thanks
Thanks for the info!
Yessss!
Will this only be possible with ghost? I used that feature with crsf for many years and loved it. Does work with smartaudio and/or crsf protocoll
I run "Cetus Pro", and want to see HDZero on it.
Any idea when we're going to get the 540p60?
You can say; 'that's what she said', to vertually anything and it's funny.
That's what she said
I have one smaller than that that runs on 5 v and goes up tp 1000milliwatts
to bad for the "new foxeer vtx"...
Yeah, that’s what I’ve been wondering, are they going to make a version of this, or…?
I honestly hope they do…
