The terrace is located above a 976 square foot patio on the basement level. On the north side of the Grand Hall is a music room with imported marble fireplace, a 17’ x 32’ formal dining room, a 7’ x 32 foot enclosed arcade, a 42’ x 24’ kitchen and a family dining room with an imported mantel.
The kitchen has top of the line Wolf and Sub Zero appliances as well as three copper sinks, two dishwashers, marble countertops and custom hardwood cabinets. The rear staircase and the elevator is located adjacent to the kitchen. A family foyer adjacent to the music room leads to the north two-car garage.
The second floor contains 5,429 square feet and is generally divided into two sections by the upper Grand Hall. On the north side is the master bedroom suite. This area consists of the central 32’ x 17’3’ master bedroom with his and her areas to the east and west. On the east side is her bath and dressing area consisting of two walk-in closets, a dressing room and a large bathroom. The bathroom has an enclosed toilet and bidet area as well as a bathing area with rear lit honey onyx tile. This area has a custom fireplace, a large jetted bathtub, adjacent spa shower area and sink and dressing areas.
On his side is a walk-in closet, bathroom with therapeutic tub and spa shower, wet bar area and sitting room with fireplace. The sitting room also has a balcony overlooking the pool. The sitting room, walk-in closet and bathroom could also be closed off from the master bedroom to create an additional bedroom. There are four additional bedrooms on the south side of the. Grand Hall. Each bedroom has a full bathroom, walk in closet and private loft area. Three of the four bedrooms open to a balcony that runs across the south side of the house. The front bedroom also has a large dressing room that could be utilized as an additional bedroom. There is also a 25’ x 19’ terrace above the porte cochere.
The rear stairs provide access to the third level which contains 1,460 square feet. The lofts are found on this level as well as a gym, utility rooms and a craft room.
The home was constructed using the highest quality workmanship, materials and finishes. Every conceivable luxury amenity was included in the home.
