    That is FREAKIN' GORGEOUS!!! I'm an independent Professional Photographer who shoots residential real estate and about 1/3 of my business is high to very high end, million dollar plus homes. I also work a little in Interior Design and I'm a COLOR FREAK to my very core. This design, the colors and the end result is FANTASTIC!!!

    Mitch, this is a great idea to section off parts of a surfboard before coating.
    Or sectioning off an area over which a decal will be applied later .

    I would LOVE to see like coral colors like pinkish-orange pastel, blue turquoise pastel, white, water blue, that’s what I would love to see.

    These colors are used a lot on this channel. I’d love to see some rarer colors like purple, corals, greens (emerald and hunter green), yellow, even ruby reds. Go out of the box and show just how versatile people’s countertops and other surfaces can be!

    How can we avoid wasting so much product going over the edge and sitting on plastic instead of piece being worked on.

    • @troypersyn
      @troypersyn Před rokem

      Tape off edges, wait until it starts to gel up. Then pull tape.

    • @flintdesigns7292
      @flintdesigns7292 Před rokem

      On this project the tape damn gave way allowing the epoxy to flow over the edge much sooner than Mitch expected. Make sure to have a properly sealed edge to avoid this. Happens to the best of us. 😅😂😢

    • @ToddBizCoach
      @ToddBizCoach Před rokem

      @@troypersyn I ve seen plenty of videos with exotic pours where there is “always” an appreciable amount of product flowing over the edge no matter how long one waits before pulling tape.

    • @troypersyn
      @troypersyn Před rokem +1

      Losing product due to spillover is just par for course on epoxy pour projects that don't utilize a mold. All one can do is work to minimize waste.

    • @ToddBizCoach
      @ToddBizCoach Před rokem +1

      @@troypersyn that’s the point exotic pours waste more product over the edge. Quite expensive when doing pieces in great volume.

    If you shotgun the epoxy bottles it’ll come out faster and save you some time with the epoxy.
