My tank drops too much water in the sump and the transducer can't make must. I remove some water and then mist is coming out. Does anyone know how to fix?
My first year using it during winter i would fill it up all the way to the line, i never had a problem with it. Now on year 2 using it the same way i did, the machine leaks now. Is anyone else experiencing leaking on the bottom? Were you able to fix it or did you return to costco?

I use distilled water. When I went to clean my humidifier I was a pink dot in the open area (donut hole) of the transducer. Do you know what it is? Is it a mold? Is the pink a problem? I only had the humidifier for a week.
@@addismultitasking3504 It cleaned off with the 50-50 water vinegar solution. Some was also on the inside of the base unit. Again, that cleaned off. However, I am also worried about it being in the tube that the mist travels through. Have you seen this pink stuff before?
Yes , Ive seen pink mold before in my own humidifier. Use HOT water and vinegar to clean yours next time. Cold water works fine unless you have pink mold, then must use HOT water. Im going to do a video on cleaning the mist tube this weekend

Its a good thought but I believe it will ruin the transducer, you might also get white dust in your house from the vinegar

Any issues leaking? Mine leaks sometimes from the front when I take tanks off then reinstall. They’re not on incorrectly either.
