Watching and learning
A great tool!
Mine just arrived this evening. It is challenging to say the least. I look forward to trying it SAFELY outdoors this weekend. I think recording myself will be necessary to help get the mechanics down. So far I'm swinging slow and awkward. I am super pleased with the quality of the tactical. It was worth the wait.
Whats your experience with it in the past 3 years? :)
My gym has this! I need to use it more often lol.
Underdog Strength so does mine, I use it as a warm up for EVERYTHING!!!!
You're mad lucky if your gym actually has all this stuff. My gym's absolute shit.
I like it
Duffin w the TREN breathing 😮💨
How thick is the bar/handle on the Shoulderok?
Listening to Chris instruct people = gym rat ASMR.
A push and a pull
Chris makes this look so easy 🤣
Would this be good for a shoulder dislocation/break rehabilitation?
No. resistance band and light weight dumbell yes
Can I use Shoulder Rok as a warm-up tool before the bench or upper body training ? is it warm-up with Shoulder-Rok enough ? Thank you
You have probably answered your question by now, but @ 10:45 he says to use preworkout. In another video he also recommends postworkout for recovery. I benefit from both greatly.
For post it's great...you get your shoulder back in position
nice flip flops!
Might aswell just buy aye mace.?
Sets and reps?
Chris recommends 3x10 each site , 3times a week
Usually I see people saying to swing to left if the right hand is above... why use the reverse?
Carlos Moura why not? It's just a different implementation, but just as good! You should try out the 10 to 2...
Entity of goodness I already do it... \m/
This is how they have been teaching it for years in Indian Akhadas
um, Gamma Cast? Been around for decades
The Movement Fix the originals were that long or longer
www.pahlavani.com/ish/html/ph/new/meel.htm en.wikipedia.org/wiki/The_Great_Gama
Chris made a modern GADA mace, which has its origins in antiquitiy as well.
gada, jori, meel and indian clubs are different implements with different purposes / training effects.
This also reminds me of the kettlebell halo
frozen shoulder is exhaustive
Can you use a sledge hammer?
You can probably use any object that has similar properties
@@themovementfix thank you, that answer actually helps alot!
he explains why not to lol
Great tool but so expensive
It's $200, that is not that much and a good investment. $20 a week you could have it in 2.5 months.
Lol right? 200 is not so expensive. Most people spend that on bullshit every month. It’s a matter of priorities
DIY for 2 bucks
Diy for next to nothing. Steel mace for 20 to 30 bucks.
This thing is a fukin joke.
He literally uses the word mace in this video and doesn't just recommend a mace lmao
Old indian traditional wrestler exercise and cris says he discovered this 😅😅😅
Bra is wearing flip flops
This is basically a mace. You've not invented anything new.
Exactly this thing is a joke
Dude is acting like he created something special
Makes have been around for thousands of years
Maces*
Indian exercise equipment which he has named as shoulderOk..how long will you steal our knowledge and name it as your own.
Butthurt Indian lol, how long will you pretend to be Microsoft employee and scam people all over the world?
Choudhary Karan Sangwan the entire world is based around building upon prior art. You and everyone you love are either guilty of doing this, or guilty of using something that does this, without giving that credit. Furthermore, there is no “our”. That’s a sick way of thinking of it. He’s mentioned many times what the prior art for this is. I and others would never personally buy an Indian club (where would I even get one) but he’s built one that works better, is more durable, customizable, and is helping people live more healthily. You can choose at any time to live a healthy and happy life, rather than to be wrapped up in the identity of who you think your people are.... but there are bigger things to worry about than worrying about what people took from other people that are not you.
@rey Wright
The difference is the guy in the video is acting like he invented something lmao.
His product is shlt and there are already actual steel maces on the market. And they've been around in various cultures for thousands of years.
He's a charlatan.
