The narrator is the person who translates it into English. The woman crocheting does not speak English, so someone does the voice over in English for her.

Teach you teach is very fast please slowly
If you touch the video so the icons pop up, there should be a settings button. You can slow down the playback speed and watch the video slower. I do this sometimes to make it easier to learn
