I will suggest you to start practicing too friend. Once u start doing it.. U will realise most of the depression is negative energy bombarded into you and you don't really have depression etc. Ppl have reduced Praying and that is why they end up depression not bcz they have tough life but because they are unable to protect themselves from negative bombardings in body.

BUDDHA clarified that he's not a god but as far as I know he never said anything about the non- existence of GOD or even the existence of GOD! Why? Because this won't help us get rid of the sufferings of birth-death circle. Instead he showed the practical way to get ourselves free from this circle through NIRVANA. So, let others believe what they believe and follow.
One thing is sure - none of these religions are false + there is no single/ only religion to be followed. We got vast options to choose and follow + brain to realize that there are always too many good things to appreciate in each religion.

31:50 i am from rohtak..from weeks i've been thinking, who is my isht devta...mom and dad know nothing..i wanted to evote myself to some god....and when i was again thinking about it...rajshri nandy sir said..kartikeya has a special kripa in haryana..manily in rohtak...so im thinking it as a sign of universe...am i right? or is this just a coincidence?
EDIT: I just searched about kartikeya , and I came to know he is mainly worshipped on 6th day after diwali...and coincidently today is 5th day after diwali....this is too much of a coincidence.

Maine 3-4 saal tak Hanumanji ki niyamit saadhna ki thi. I have something to share:
- I felt I became happy and cheerful unconditionally. The problems or issues that used to trouble me earlier suddenly became completely irrelevant.
- My nature became less intense/ light-hearted.
- I became sharp and quick-witted as a personality, and this is something many others observed and told me
- I felt overall very strong physically
- I made a lot of allies at that time, because my ego depreciated.
- My communication skills, confidence, logical reasoning improved.
- People started associating me with terms like "magnetic", "charismatic".
- I became really sincere towards my study and work.
- I became more courageous.

Always fond of watching Rajarshi Nandy ji's episodes and everyone else's too.
When he talks about the intensity required for Skand's pooja and sadhana, can't help but remember a small anecdote I have heard with regards to Skanda.
We have a system of velichappaadu here in Kerala, meaning allowing to god to gel with you and act or make statements. Yes, similar to the depiction in Kantara, but not such elaborate costumes.
Seemingly, Skanda's velichappadu have a strong affinity to fire. They keep walking on fire and try to roll in it. It is very difficilt to keep the from harming themselves.
Because of Ranveer I got into Spiritual and meditation

I don't know how i become interested in spirituality in life i was like a dreamy guy who just liked Bwood Hwood Sports and all but suddenly i became so spiritual and started believing in all Gods and All other dimensional things, even this podcast felt like 5 mins for me that much i was invested, ONE THING IS SO TRUE OUR FAVOURITE DEITIES WILL CHANGE ACCORDING TO SITUATION may be you can say those deities will enter in your life when they feel you need them subconsciously, ❤
