No amount of facts, emotional guilt, personal tragedy, financial ruin, education, intervention or anything else you can think of will sway these people. You just have to accept that these people are out there. They are dangerous, uninformed and vote against their own interests most of the time. They are intellectually lazy, non-curious and religiously indoctrinated individuals. As you know, it's much easier to destroy than to build.
