I’m in Norfolk and on the local radio they said there will be 70 buses here Sunday to take the passengers back to Baltimore.

I know it’s crazy Kyle that Carnival is having these issues for years now. My poor stock 😮. I was hoping after the restart they were going to be great but now it’s different! Our next one is on the Venezia in Sept, we won’t cancel but I did book a 3 night on the Celebrity Reflection in November with my friend. Don said I couldn’t do a week with her again but said I could go on a short cruise, lol. I’m excited to try them out. They had a great deal right now to make them only a few $ more than carnival. Happy Easter!

I was on the same Cruise Ship, Sunrise, that had a flood😢
Had a good time, but I definitely noticed some significant maintenance issues other than the flooding.
We also had people stuck in an elevator for a long period of time and my balcony door kept swinging open at night during a violent storm in the middle of the night.
We still had a great time though! Not sure that I would take another Carnival cruise anytime soon.
Oh man that’s a lot of work they need to do on their end! I think their newer ships are great and still don’t have any issues if you still want to sail Carnival!
Agreed that they cannot afford more issues. My friend had more problems with the new menu being chock full of shellfish dishes. The vegetarian option is often Indian which can be good...if the chef is familiar enough with them. However, the spices don't always sit well, especially after a day in the hot sun or when the ship is on choppy water. Having some gentler noodle dishes can help with that and dried pasta stoes very well.
Sounds like they need a lightning rod of some kind since cruise ships are often the highest point in a calm sea.
