Uzbek Cuisine-Mastava (soup)

Mastava Recipe
7 oz. Beef
3 oz. Rice
2 oz. Carrot
3 oz. Onion
2 oz. Green Pepper
5 oz. Potato
3 oz. Tomato
1/2 Tomato Paste
4 Cloves of Garlic
4 Small Pieces of Hot Peppers
1 tbsp. Salt
1/4 tea sp. Cumin Seeds
1/4 tea sp. Coriander Seeds
1 oz. Olive Oil
2 liter Water
Cilantro, Dill, Basil, Parsley
Yogurt
45 min. broil all ingredients and 15 min. more with rice.
