I am a long time miniature painter and so I really respect the work sculptors do. In my opinion, you are probably in the top 1%. Thank you for putting these videos out. It simultaneously de-mystifies what sculptors do, but also gives me a greater appreciation of the skill that goes into creating the minis and models I love paint.
Again, thank you. And please keep it up!
Those sclupters have great drawing skills as artists do
I am glad to hear what you said! We all respect this CZcams channel and Being an artist, sculptor is a great thing to life!
no lie, I want to paint that sooooo bad.
Good thing he didn't failed cuz he took many day on this thing
‘The top 1%.’ You mean the top 1#.
The commitment is insane, and honestly my favorite part is always the scales which many paleo artists usually don't take the time to actually cover the whole body in them in 2d or 3d. Keep it up man!
Some don't take the time simply because the scales weren't there. Here for example my only complaint about the sculpt is that the real animal probably wouldn't be covered head to toe with large, almost crocodilian scales.
@@mateuszjokiel2813 I agree
Scales?
@@mateuszjokiel2813 Yeah , but he did not cover the whole sculpture in scales . Like the feet are not covered , plus dinosaurs were covered in scales and feathers
@@davidbrodsky8191 um do you know what scales are ? ( Not trying to insult ) scales are a part of skin for reptiles it's really REALLY tuff are strong
You have gotten SO MUCH better at making these as tutorials!! You show WHY you do everything and how you think. It's so awesome to have watched you grow and get better not only as a teacher, but as an artist as well!!
Thanks I’m glad!
Me who didn’t skip At all-
Ye me too its so awesome hand make thing i seen ever
That eye blink was AWESOME!
What a beautiful sculpt, a work of art.
As always you make sculpting seem easy. Great skills man!
Ayooo patrick you also speak english that's cool man
Patrick aqui, que legal
This guy's sculptures are very good, this Acrocanthosaurus is amazing
Eu amo seu canal
Oi Patrick
I do like modeling but I'm not good at it, but for some reason whenever I see a professional do it I always get up and try to complete the model of a carno from the isle. Thank you for the inspiration to go above and beyond!
Practice a lot! Practice makes better! Have fun!
I can’t believe how much detail you put in to this, and I know how hard scaling is when you draw, so sculpting it must be AT LEAST 20x harder
You deservewaaaay more subs
I wouldn’t say sculpting is 20x harder than drawing, if you have the right materials, and skill/experience, you’ll be fine.
Edit: Though it takes a lot of patience.

Wow ! I am blown away! I have no words.Much admiration!
for me personally sculpting is easier, because I find it easier to put things in the right scale when you work three-dimensionally
Thank you so much. I’ve been working on sculpting for years and this has broken the barrier.
After this video I did some sculpting and it was finally at a point that I was happy with. Thank you.
Greetings from Russia! I love dinosaurs! Come to my channel, I will be grateful!)
Thank you for the ad. good luck!)
FINALLY
I love watching your sculpts and hope to try it for myself someday
You need Just try and learn something new from your first try and try, try, try again until you think that your creation is good
That work for me maybe work for you
You should do it!
I'm getting into sculpting too, it's really fun!
sculpting looks beautiful but is to hard for me.
Not bad at all.
Greetings from Russia! I love dinosaurs! Come to my channel, I will be grateful!)
Thank you for the ad. good luck!)
Acrocanthosaurus is one of my favourite dinosaurs. Thank you for making it!
As someone with adhd, I know what you can get done when you're hyper-focused, but, and I think I speak for the entire adhd community, even I could not have done something like this... It's incredible; good on ye.
I am the same
I have adhd too, but I actually got a good scuplture done once. Took a lot of effort
I actually can get things at this scale done thanks to my hyperfocus. Working on a blender sculpt of an allosaurus thanks to it.
The talent and passion itself!
You are by FAR, imho, one of the the best sculptures that I HAVE EVER SEEN! Thank you for your content.
This sculpture is so realistic I’m pretty sure it’s gonna come to life
The Legend is back
As a person who’s favourite dinosaur is acrocanthosaurus… “This does put a smile on my face”
lol true tho
Then play the isle it has a acro and albert
Has a lot of different dinos
No it’s noy
O
this video almost made me cry how beautiful it is that a human can just make this from scraps great job man
Watching your videos has really helped me make my clay sculpts better and even help me learn how to paint sculpts. I used to use only colored clay but it’s actually kinda iffy, it’s very squishy and can stain your fingers which stain the clay and it becomes a mess, and making it then painting it is much less maddening to do! Cause I would try to do details with different colors of clay and if you wanted a color to fade into another color uh… I couldn’t ever get it to work and it just looked bad. Your videos have really helped me with making sculptures and my sculptures have been significantly more detailed and accurate. Thank you so much for being on CZcams and posting videos of making these
Absolutely brilliant, the anatomical construction phase of the sculpture is beautiful! ✅
O
Man, every time Kayakasaurus uploads I drop whatever I'm doing to go watch. It never amazes me just how much skill and detail goes into each and every one. I used to sculpt with regular clay years ago, but I'm looking to pick up some Sculpey soon so I can get back into it and make some dinosaurs to add to my dino collection. :) Your sculpts and dioramas are always very inspiring! Amazing work as always!
Greetings from Russia! I love dinosaurs! Come to my channel, I will be grateful!)
Thank you for the ad. good luck!)
How long does it takes to learn bro ?
Your attention to detail is incredible! And I find your skill level to be off the charts. What a pleasure to watch you work!
Finally i found someone sculpting dinosaurs I love Dino's , your so talented and the Dino structure is remarkable and so well scull , you have extroudinary skills and intelligence , thank you for making dinosaur sculps
Such impressive craftsmanship once again!!! Glad you went back to this sculpt! Amazing work!
The sculpty removes like chocolate,
grey chocolate but chocolate nonetheless🍫

@@delilahspiderstep8251 hush let them have their glory
I give you mad props for your patients to scoped out each individual scale by hand!! I subscribed not just for that reason, but for your craftsman skills as well👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼
As everyone has said the sculpting talent is phenomenal, but the video editing is so cool too! I love the sound effects and the transition into each part of the video. Definitely got my sub 💝
Not dissing the video editing, but as someone who does a little of both, I can tell you that video editing is pretty easy if you have decent software, and the experience to use it (plus some fun ideas). There really is no other way to make up for the patience and skill it takes to sculpt at this level though. People love the little scales, but the tiny teeth is where I give up any hope of trying.
Honestly though this was a long process,I think this was totally worth w years bro, cause this video and your sculpture was incredible, and I love it.
and I wish you a great day,you awesome dude.
The title is slightly misleading. It didn't take 2 years to make. He put it away for 2 years and came back to it. Its why he had to scrape off the old clay coz it had dried out.
Ah,make more sense

been keeping up with this project on instagram. Super impressed with the final result!!
I have ungodly amount of respect to the people who give it their all to their passions
Every artist has unfinished projects.
But Kayakasaurus makes them into great art!
That looks so cool! For half a second there when you were prying the jaws apart I thought you were going to have the whimper from the yeti in Rudolph and have him clawing at his missing teeth! :D Keep up the great work!
Greetings from Russia! I love dinosaurs! Come to my channel, I will be grateful!)

I loved that blinking animation, it really shows attention to detail in not just sculpts, but all projects
😉
Lots of Insanity here. Insane detail, insane workmanship and most of all an insane artist drooling in the corner. Outstanding creation. Hope to see more.
Thanks? 😅
Nice to show all the hard work behind the sculpts
Absolutely a phenomenal project of pure dedication, skill, and passion. Thank you for sharing! Will you be painting this one?
The dislikers are the people who try to make this masterpeice but they failed and did not realised this took 2 years to make.
It didn't take two years to make it's seems he started and stopped two year ago, it's like saying yeah it took me two years to beat Pokemon yellow after I stopped playing for two years
The commitment you put in this was truly amazing, great job! I look forward to seeing more of your videos.
As a long time childhood obsession with dinosaurs I approve
I think this is your most scientifically accurate one yet, and as always, it's breathtaking!
You should do a carnivore with lips covering their teeth and fat reserves I think it would be cool to se a really scientifically accurate dino
Lips so trex can say poop?
@@NmberSevntylool
yes
it looks so realistic, wow!
Pure talent, dedication, and patience.
Gorgeous!😍
I'm amazed by the new angle of shots and that blinking animation. Also, how hard it must had been to cut the head off the body and no leaving visible marks!
Your sculptings are great!
Reason:
You have some realistic dinosaur sculpters!
You are GOOD at sculpting, keep sculping :)
Honestly your attention to detail is amazing.
Acro has always been my favorite large carnivorous dinosaur…it just looks so cool!
You should make duplicates and sell them, they would be amazing especially bc we don’t have any good acro figures at 1/35 scale
That would be insanely hard it apparently took him 2 years to make this I doubt they will make more exactly the same
@@davemiller7742 he doesn’t need to re make them like that because he can just make a cast and start duplicating from their because he already has the model done with him. Also if you pay attention to the video it seems that he left the acro alone for that long (2 years) because he was doing other projects and ignored it (he was never working on the acro everyday for 2 years lol)
@@davemiller7742 the title is slightly misleading. It didn't take 2 years to make. He put it away for 2 years and came back to it. Its why he had to scrape off the old clay coz it had dried out.
DKDKsk10 He doesn't do moulding or make duplicates that's not what he's about not everything is about money bubba
He's making more money producing these excellent You Tube videos than he ever could selling damn copies
Sure it took 2 years
Heh
@@AviyaleTales it didn't take 2 years
.
@@Bluestone0001 bruh you must live an ignorant life to be saying that
@@MOD-tec it definitely doesn’t take 2 years to sculpt something like this I watch a lot of stuff like this so whatever
@@Bluestone0001 yea maybe not exactly 2 years but definitely would took a Looonnnggg Time maybe he just forgot about the project or something
Dang. You are gifted. Absolutely beautiful work.
As soon as he started doing the scales, I had to give this man his well deserved like
I'm impressed with your sculptures
The best and realist thing I've seen you chose the right choice good job man
Wow. That was just AMAZING. The detail with the anatomy of the Dino was just amazing.
this is not only sculpting but satisfication
Truly incredible. THanks for the video
Totally & completely impressed!
Truly insane I would love to see you paint it. The detail is just crazy!
Such an amazing sculpture
I'm proud of this man
He's doing what a lot of people do, stop working on something and come back after a huge time gap, even i do that
this madlad sculpted each individual scale, respect
My all time favorite dinosaur. You did it justice!
