I just got the C70 but im having a hard time deciding if I should buy EF lenses for it or RF. I prefer RF since its newer technology but the C70 has a crop sensor. How do you like the 15-35 RF on the C70? is it wide enough? Im not sure if I should keep the C70 because of this. But I love the image out of that DGO sensor.

In my experience based on professional work the c70 is the best camera I have had so far, streamlining workflow’s like crazy!
The lens will depend on your vision and what you are trying to portray in your work. On the technical side the RF glass give the c70 so much sharpness compared to ef glass. The 15-35 is great for cancelling most of the crop but in my experience the RF 24-70 f2.8L is the sharpest and cleanest but canon has yet to produce premium fast primes which I am so excited for and will definitely review! 🙏 stay tuned!

I would use the sigma 24mm but without the speedbooster on FF and not in Crop mode as then it will be sharper. And for my self, I will use the Sigma 20mm f1.4. I prefer it over the Tamron 15-30 f2.8, so I have a similar desition like you. Until now I was using mainly the Canon RF 24-70 f2.8 as it is mostly on my R5, but the R5C should come this week so I'll use the sigma on the R5 and put the RF on the R5C.

Awesome bro hope you enjoy your R5c!
I also have the RF 24-70 but in the c70 it is more of a telephoto lens, did not know sigma made a 20mm f1.4 though 😯
I kinda like the smoothness on the skin from sigma
