So many fantastic expressions from Hieronymus Loxlee, so many fantastic looks for both of them! and Saskia looks so pretty! I love how at the start they say they have 15 minutes, and at 17 minutes they've lost track of time and BOOM, theres a problem. The death flags are flying though, oh shoot.
You gotta hand it to the Trust, it takes a real dedication to the aesthetic to make the single most important room in your entire society entirely out of something as fragile as glass.
It's nice to see that all this time Saskia was Jaina Proudmoore in disguise

This is the second time I've heard this phrase (though the first time someone was talking about Zendaya) and I love it. I've no idea where it came from but it expresses things my normal assemblage of vocabulary cannot. May I borrow it from time to time?
Sweating bullets at the end when it said "until a voice reminds them it's time to go in a subtle, understated, sophisticated..." I was sure one of the Others attending the meeting had just pulled up...IE Weepe, Imelda...both together maybe, still a bit flushed? But amazing job, making a small, quiet conversation carry so much ridiculous tension and surprises.
This has to be the best episode by far. So many revelations have come into focus. So many things have come to truth and many unanswered questions have now been answered. And even better, an unknown ally has finally showed herself.

@@borofreak Oh absolutely! Ever since episode 8, I’ve been talking about Hieronymous on every social site I can (especially the Midst discord server). The whole Gala episode never sat right with me, I had become convinced that the real reason Phineas was there at all was because he set it up (Imogen supposedly sending the letter even though she didn’t know he would be there, Phineas being led away from the crowd, offered a significant amount of valour not long before the moon explosion, etc.). S3e7 was the confirmation that after months of theory crafting I was truly onto something, since I was confident that Kozma was doing it to get a reaction out of the rest of the upper Trust (think: if she really did it, why would her most faithful guards be surprised?), if you claim yourself to be a public enemy, all eyes go to you and away from all the people actually doing the stuff to undermine the Trust. Way back in episode 6 of SEASON 1, we learned that Kozma was in the Highest Light doing dealings with Ledge about the camera a few weeks before the explosion, they would have had time to work out a plan. And furthermore, if Harry really did care about his Husband and DAUGHTER, why didn’t he use his valour to work out alternative means of communication? Give a man enough valour, and he’s liable to do whatever you want. It’s possible that he would have used Phineas in the plan to explode the moon, which you know damn well Phineas would blame himself for the rest of eternity over that choice.

All in all, he's a deeply flawed character and very well written like the rest of them. And I also hate him. He pressured my son and I won't forgive him for that.
am i the only one who throughout this whole episode is thinking that the two upholstery diamonds and brass handle on the back door of the carriage looks like an owl?

The anticipatory excitement of waiting for each episode every week will be lost on those bingeing. Personally, I love it.

As a big fan of the trope of old ladies who seem meek or doddery but then turn out to be way smarter and bolder than anyone ever gave them credit for, the episode is The Good.
I was just expecting Weepe to materialize from out of nowhere.
I just knew there was something more to Imogen, she was always way too cool to just be some figurehead

This has been and will continue to be the most enjoyable podcast I’ve listened too. The world and the characters are wonderful. 10/10 until we Bocular Horse again-
Always on the edge of my seat listening. I love that this is one of the few series where it's very difficult to predict who is going to do/say what. Peak storytelling as always. I really hope you keep going after this story is over; I'm dreading the end
Holy crap this episode. I had to pause it and just pace for ten minutes just to process the *initial* rug pull, and was freaking out that it was only 8 minutes in. And it just kept giving. I've been pushing my friends to listen to Midst, but that's getting redoubled. Holy cow

I keep wondering about Valour and Kynem beads. It seems like they go beyond morality and also represent the Un and Fold themselves respectively. But are they merely symbolic, or are they in some way tied to their respective realms?

Sounds like Imogen knew very well that Max was bad news and didn't blame Lark all that much for his murder. She was probably quite relieved and thought that the Trust could genuinely be what she imagined and hoped it would become and not this bloodthirsty capitalist machine for crushing lives and dragging terrified people out of hiding by any means necessary. I like her and how flexible she is to change! Harry could learn a thing or two from her, and I wish her all the best!
I wonder if this new bank holiday will be just the thing to get King Triangle and/or his favorite notary to go revisit the place where their relationship changed and his trajectory to total power started?
