Predict this will go lower. That pool is directly under a tree. Big mistake. Live in a home that has the same problem. Constantly having to clean branches, twigs and leaves and insects that fall out of the tree

Love this home. Instead of the city views from the hills, it creates its own outside viewing paradise
I actually like the house alot it gives a tropical/Sunny uplifting vibe which is always a plus I also enjoy the entrance with the water underneath. The home is very welcoming. The rooftop is amazing with a great view I'm definitely in love with this house.
