1. Why so many fireplaces and heated floors . Texas rarely gets that cold 2. Why the golf course view from the bedroom ? You don’t want to wake up looking at few old men playing golf and watching you sleep. Lol But on the other side , the house is beautiful. Maybe next year. Woodlands is just too far of a drive from work and city in general.
