Before leaving the factory, the tapered bearings of our steering columns are lubricated. Some users ride on rainy days, causing water to enter the steering column. After not riding the scooter for a few days, the water in the steering shaft has not dried, causing the steering shaft to become rusty and stuck, if customers feel that the steering shaft is stuck, they can add wheel lubrication themselves, maintain their own scooters, and do not ride the scooters on rainy days.
The original box-type rear suspension can bear a load of 150kg with no problem. If you want a more comfortable experience, you can only upgrade air or hydraulic shock absorbers.
If there is play in the pole, check that the bottom screws are tight.

This is the 25km/h speed limiter remote control, which is specially designed for European customers to deal with the European law of max speed 25km/h for scooters.
Instructions for use:
1. Double-click the lightning button in a short time to limit the speed
2. Click the unlock, lock or lightning button for one time to recover the speed.
The speed limit will be maintained after the scooter is turned off. Can only through the remote control, or disconnected the small black box of the speed limiter in the battery compartment can release the speed limit.

Is it possible to carry up some stairs to the second floor or is it to heavy??
