Hey one question… HOW?? I’m very experienced with payday 2 and have over 30 hours in payday 3 so far and I was getting my ass whooped on normal difficulty (by the drones of course) and can’t even imagine how difficult it’ll be on hard or very hard. Props to you, you’re a savage!
Hah I’m not that good but thanks for the compliment! I can try and give a few tips you could test out for yourself. Since the Armor Up nerf/change, I’ve been utilizing the single plate vest and making use of the natural regeneration as much as possible, and since I can only have one plate at a time it conserves any armor kits since I don’t need to take multiple to fill up my bar. This also frees up a skill point or two for other uses. Normally I use smoke or flash bangs grenades with the disorient skill (I think that’s the name) so enemies affected by them get a massive damage and accuracy debuff for a few seconds, and I pair that with the skill to replenish grenades on ammo pickup. This is a personal preference because I hate the buff system in this game so it’s up to you to try it out, but I don’t use grit at all. There aren’t many options for grit compared to edge and rush, and I hate having to micro manage random movements or actions to acquire it. So most of the time I focus on skills that don’t utilize these. Edge is the only exception since it’s very very easy to get an edge buff. Hostage skills are INCREDIBLY useful now that you can get armor kits for trading them. Honestly a must in my opinion, this video was my first time testing them out and I loved it. Good luck heisting!
