With the new elite tuner and the free T5 Supra that comes with the event. You now have easy access to a Shax destroyer as a new player. Assuming my information is correct that all players get access to Elite tuners once you hit rank 20 and that all players get the free Supra. Then the search for a car to beat Shax is over.
