i never faced this issue. may be you didn't update the app. hipaint is the newly developed app. they keep on adding new features. so check hipaint in playstore 25days once for new update

I use Hipaint on phone android 😂, and make videos on my page about it on my page. Procreate is not available for android so yeah hipaint is good alternative
