Sometimes my dad would drive thru 5th Street,which was know as “Skid Row” the only place in Southern California where the homeless went to set up their tents or live in a doorway of a closed business. There were also a very few working girls in the area, but not as obvious as now. People need to survive, any way they can.

Find a solution or have them all camp near the LA City Hall and defecate and bring all the useless junk and pile them up on the side walks the LA city governmen workers use to come and go everyday.
