Power Cord Install On A Power Tool

This How-To instructional video shows how to replace a power cord on a typical power tool. If you're cord is frayed or your tool runs intermittently, most likely it's a power cord problem. With a few common tools you can DIY it, it's easy!

I had the same problem I did the repair from your video but on your video I noticed you left the white wire trapped in their casing off the handle just thought I would point it out to you but very handy video thank you

I just cut mine in half, tonight.....this should help - a DeWalt Skill Saw, just like the video. Thanks.

White wire was pinched when you put the handle back to gether

Do you have anything on the electric brake? I have a DW364 from 1986(ish) I am replacing the power cord but the electric brake didn't work last time I used it, like 10yrs ago.
