In Search of Hidden Lake - above Georgetown, Montana MT.
Join us as we search for Hidden Lake above Georgetown, Montana. We started from the Spillway Campground on the East Fork reservoir of Rock Creek and traveled around Georgetown Lake before heading north into the hills. We stopped to play along the way and also took a few wrong turns before locating Hidden Lake.
While we were having lunch in front of an old cabin a group of hikers came out of nowhere and introduced themselves. Come to find out, the cabin was owned by one of the hikers' grandfathers! Now, what a coincidence that was!
All in all, we had an awesome July summer day exploring the hills of western Montana.
These scenes were captured with a GoPro Hero11 camera, a Samsung Galaxy cellphone, a couple of Garmin Mini Dash-cams, and an Insta360 One X camera. Post-editing was accomplished with Insta360 Studio and Blackmagic Design DaVinci Resolve Studio.

@ 4:50 - I bought a battery powered chain saw for my tool kit. 🙂 I've seen vids of peeps using hand saws, I thought WHY?! Work smarter, not harder
