I also strive to optimize my life, though it's not at this level but I can relate. Something to keep in mind also though is that to some degree we all have to cooperate and live with other people who aren't necessarily on board with our plans. We should try to be on the same page with our significant others and closest family, but also have some humility towards the fact that there's a give and take in life that means that our plans aren't always going to develop exactly the way we want them to. The past six years with my dad disabled from a stroke and now my mom undergoing chemo for cancer have been a sobering reminder of that. Thanks for the awesome content, really inspiring.
