Growing great pond plants begins when we get them home. Whether it be from the store picked up or delived by someone like us via delivery service, we need to be very well informed on care.
With proper care and planting most pond plants take off after two or three weeks of acclimation where their energy is put into root growth after being transplanted to a new pond and most often new soil. Once established they should flourish.
Sometimes there are shipping delays and even packing errors. If anything from us looks at all like it.
Be sure to review your pond plants as soon as they arrive. The reason we will not replace items not reported on arrival or at the first sign of stress is the incraeasing number of customers openly admitting they are not planting plants via the instructions we provide, sometimes delaying planting, not being aware of where the package was left at the address provided (ie: porch they don't normally leave packages). It is our policy to handle anything at all we can if it is between our shipping, packing, and to the point of delivery.
Please do email or text us asap, after hours is completely welcome as we know you reached out. Waiting 10 days or a month to report something will not be covered by any guarantee. Simply letting us know something isnt doing well at the start of a problem we can figure out what happend and make sure either it can be replaced in a way to avoid the same issue happening again or taken care of and resolved in a means that the plant is fine.
Remember plants cycle through leaves and stems all year and rather quickly. Go ahead and report anything, as long as you do right away there is a record of when the issue began and we really do want you to have a great pond so lets adddress things asap.
