మనసు మనల్ని తప్పుదోవ పట్టించడానికి, భావోద్వేగాలను ఏలా పోగొట్టుకోవాలి అనే కోరిక తో, భ్రమ తో జీవితాంతం పోరాడుతూ time ను వృథా చేస్తూ వుంటుంది..
మనసు నయo కానీ రోగం వంటిది, .. కావున నిజానికి వాస్తవాన్ని మార్చలేము అని గ్రహించాలి.... లేకుంటే జీవితాంతం భ్రమ లో బతకాలి... ముఖ్యంగా వాస్తవాన్ని మార్చాలి అనే కోరిక వదలాలి... నయం కానీ రోగాన్ని మనము ఏలా పట్టించుకోమో..., అలా మనసును కూడా పట్టించుకోవడం మాని వేస్తాము....
వాస్తవాలు నీడలు లాంటివి, ఆవి ఎప్పటికీ పోవు అని అర్థం చేసుకోవాలి... వాస్తవాలతో సహజీవనం చేయాల్సిందే, మరో మార్గం లేదు..

మనం చూసే ప్రతి వస్తుంది దానంతట అదే రాలేదు, ఎవరో ఒకరు తయారు చేస్తేనే ఉన్నాయి, ఒక పెన్, కాగితం,కంప్యూటర్, ఏదైనా ఎవరో ఒకరు తయారు చేశారు.
అలాగే సృష్టిలో ప్రతి ప్రాణి ఏదో ఒక రూపం కి ఉంది అంటే దాన్ని ఎవరో ఒకరు తయారు చేస్తేనే వచ్చింది అని అర్థం.
ఇక్కడ డార్విన్ చెప్పినట్లు పరిణామం చేది ఇంకో కొత్త జీవి బయటికి రాలేదు, ఒకే ఒక ఏక కన జీవి నుండీ అనేక కన జీవులు పరిణమించాయి అనడం ఏమాత్రం నిజం కాదు, డార్విన్ చెప్పే ఈ ఒక్క మాట శరీర నిర్మాణాన్ని వివరించ లేదు, కిడ్నీ ఎలా పరిణమించింది, గుండె, ఊపిరి తిత్తుల ఎలా ఒకదాని నుండి ఇంకొకటి పరిణమించాయి అని డార్విన్ చెప్పే సాహసం చెయ్యలేదు.
