Edwin, I am ashamed to say that I got away from your channel. Tonight I got notified for February baits. I am glad I watched because it reminded me why I started years ago watching you. Please keep it up and I will not back slide again. 😊

Thank you, Edwin. Hello from Virginia. I have a tournament this weekend. February 25th I don't know if you ever met the man or not. His name was Rick Tilly. He was a big time fisherman in this areahe passed away today on Sunday of pancreatic cancer and we're doing a benefit tournament for him next Sunday on the 25th on Smith Mountain Lake. Just keep him and his family in your prayers.

I’m 62 and just starting to learn about fishing for bass species. This is great info. I haven’t been able to figure out cold water. I just got a $200 fish finder. So casting is my real locator, throwing thousands of times in a day on the water. What I would like to see is a guild put into an electronics version and a water proof book. That just goes some of the basics to look at when things are just not working. It takes years for you guys to get to your level. I don’t have that kind of time left in my years, so this would help accelerate someone who’s memory ain’t what it use to be, help catch and release fish. Would this be something you may work on someday. There’s lot😊s of info out there but it’s mind boggling. Thank you.

This is my first response to your videos although I watch them religiously. One of the things that enjoy is that you talk about techniques that some other pros would deem trade secrets. Your insight has changed me from an “Occasionally gets into this fish” angler to a NEVER gets blanked angler. When the bite is tough I just pull up some pertinent video to refresh myself and I figure it out. Words aren’t sufficient to explain my appreciation. By the way, I actually live about 25 minutes from your home town. Great to get advice from someone in my neck of the woods with info that’s relatable to my home territory.

I fished a lake near me that was pretty stained with water temps at 52 degrees. I didn’t find any fish that had moved shallower due to water being discolored. After about 4 hours of fishing my son and I hadn’t caught a fish. So I started looking and finally found bait and fish near the bottom in 49+ feet of water. We finally caught a couple with spoons. Don’t know why the fish didn’t move up especially along the rocky banks and bluffs we fished but, they obviously felt more comfortable in the deeper depths.

Excited for February fishing! Can't wait to try these out in Nebraskas lakes.
