The lens through which Maharishikaa shows us spirituality is so clear...clarity is so beautiful. Neti neti is not a Sadhana... it's an experience. WOW. The view of connection for compassion. The path of surrender. I've found answers and realisations at the feet of this Maharishikaa and it's only a growing in that. Growing in an experience of love and compassion. Taught in not a conceptual, text book, moodboard way (which I had done before) - but in a real way, that is a journey where I finally find in each moment, joy. No matter what is happening. There is one place to go to. The antaratmaan. Thank you Maharishikaa is not enough.

Nothing like attempting to entice the ego before a teaching to quiet that same ego. Are we trying to hard in propping this skilled teacher up to the rankings of saint worthy of worship? Let's not make the same mistake over and over again. While we are blessed to have great teachers share their insights, let's remember, the true teacher is within.

(I really think you should just show Maharishikaa speaking (and her students asking the questions). The additional edits, sound effects and commentary detract from her teaching, in my view)
Spiritual enlightenment is always here and now.
But without liberation there is no enlightenment.
A totally free human being released from the physical body.
Liberation from the physical body is essential for spiritual enlightenment. Then it is when a human being is enlightenment and free.
But being enlightenment does not mean knowing everything. Only the essential to the only eye of the heart. The rest may be important but not essential.
The essential is invisible before the eyes of the mind.
The heart always observes the essential.
The mind only observes what is important. The essential is beyond the importance of something. Only he who is capable of observing for no reason, motive or interest is capable of appreciating the essential among what the mind thinks is important.
Intelligence is beyond rational logic.
Observing with true faith (not belief) is for no reason or motive.
All those who believe they are someone are important (gurus, politicians, world leaders...) When one believes is someone, it is never in spirit. The one who believes to be someone is always in body and mind.
When one believes to be someone, the heart closes and there is no room for the spirit because the only thing that rules is the stupid mind (always trying to memorize external information).
The only real and essential is always only here and now. The important thing is illusion always in the past or the future. Never present.
Things have to be done without reason or intention. Only with inspiration and attention in love.
The true self the spirit is never important. Always only essential.
Everything one seeks is important. But what is found is only essential, never important.
When one seeks; finds nothing because the essential is not important.
The mind seeks without finding. The spirit always knows and finds. The spirit never seeks or desire for anything. The spirit is always complite.
The truth is not sought, it is always here and now. The essential is only found. What is important is sought and never found.
Darkness always works for the light. But light never works for darkness. Light is just as it is; always flowing in harmony. Light is always free. Darkness always serves the light.
Spirit is light and body is darkness. Body works for the spirit.
There is no difference between the believer and the atheist. He who knows the spirit is neither a believer nor an atheist. It is only in its purest essence.
The spirit never sleeps nor even when the body rests.

So it's the "Ego " when one gets angry because he/she is witnessing an injustice. For example, witnessing a war, bombing houses and killing innocent children? How can you remain peaceful inside when you are witnessing a war? I do not understand!
Just surrender. You don't need to say it's this or that, just recognise," oh there is anger." Then you go within. Surrender to the soul, say I am yours, I am yours, I am yours. Eventually, you'll see differently, just trust.

I am new here. Please clarify: When angry, how to surrender? How to surrender to the soul? I am not getting this concept? Isn't soul, I? Am I supposed to surrender to my soul which is God? I understand when I am not egoistic it is humility. I am getting confused; please help. Thank you in advance.

Maharishikaa Is surrender same as being submissive?
I cannot speak for her but having listened to a number of talks I would gather her answer would be a resounding NO. For some of us, the more appropriate term may be 'acceptance.' The yin approach is neither submissive nor weak.
