I have the same feeling as well. I find some of his actions are quite hurtful towards the people around him actually (not in this video), but all of them just laugh it off, well I guess it's normal to them

I think that’s very much part of his comedy…it wouldn’t work with someone else. He’s actually known to be extremely generous with his junior comedians, it’s always in the news in Korea. A lot of people say he’s very sweet. He does this angry comedy a lot with his production crew, who are all mostly young women and they love him & tease him for it. I don’t think they or the young idols would keep coming to his show if it was his true personality. At the end of it all he still ends up paying his juniors meals etc.
