Please post more info on this further. So, this applies to us who had no choice but to purchase a brand new machine, because Phillips would not repair our machines!; or send replacements; etc ?
I still have no machine, no foam, no new machine from them, I’ve made several phone calls, been registered for nearly 3 years!
They have even told me, “well, contact you”
Yea right.
