GSP ranges really don’t matter at all. Ur still gonna find those people, they do it cuz it works and that’s what’s frustrating about it. Matching into good people or campers shouldn’t be luck based, depends more on your region.
@@darkgrievous1495 it does matter a tiny bit just not that much, you still run into them just not as many when you pass the 13mil mark cause beyond that you run into cracked players like the few top players who play online and phy, who are unlikely to actually fall for their bullcrap. So they get kicked back down and make it back up again, below the threshhold above which most good players are it's no man's land tho, nobody to kick them down but each other ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
I feel the same way when I go on elite smash. I just wanna fight people around my skill level or a little higher just to learn from them if I lose or win but then when I encounter somebody that runs in the corner and camp or teabagger or someone with a wack ass ruleset with EXCRUCIATING lag that's where I draw the line.
This ^ I just want to go online, try to get some cool/funny clips, and have fun. But people like that just ruin it. Encountering them and dealing with them was genuinely making me so mad, despite the fact I was playing one of my favorite games. As of recently I've been going on quickplay less and going into arenas with friends more due to that, and just playing smash less in general, unless I'm with friends ha. Tbh, dealing with them would be a lot less excruciating if Nintendo brought back the "For Fun" and "For Glory" modes from Smash 4. "For fun" is for people who just wanna play the game with other people online, items, free for alls, team battles, whatever, with no worry about losing/gaining gsp. "For Glory" for the people who want to get gsp, with preset rules such as battlefield/omega, 3 stock, no items, etc. I feel like that would improve online DRASTICALLY. (Edit: It wouldn't help with the lag of course, but it would least help with the issue of trying to gain gsp but getting thrown into battles where people have the most garbage wacky rules in the world)
Low latency mod arena battles could be fun to watch and much more fun to play for you. Watching you beat Elite Smash kids is fun, but watching you play against good players could be even more fun.
Fr them matches against LeoN a while back we're a blast to watch. Be great to see that again or just other good players, LeoN has made a bunch of additions to his Bowser game it'd be one hell of a rematch 😂
Good god some characters are impossible to play against online. Something like Richter with lag is the reason people say GSP doesn’t matter. And BOY is fighting Isabelle as Sephiroth just the BEST when the game is running on single digits. But sometimes you just get that one match that makes it all worth it.
How are you gonna lag WHILE invincible on a respawn, and STILL get cheesed off stage at ZERO percent?!😂 Laggers definitely eat bananas with the peel still on. Lol Now that I think about it, I don’t think I’ve ever lost to someone lag switching. Mainly because the lag also affects THEM. The difference is, my attention isn’t divided between the match and diddling my router.🤣
This is exactly why I stick to arenas. Spamus joins ur arena? Kick em out. Laggy moron joins ur arena? Take their first stock, tea bag them, camp them out, beat their ass, kick em out.
Honestly, this is probably my favorite game ever; but I retired from Elite Smash because of this exactly. I legitimately HATE playing, it is unenjoyable and it makes me upset to sit down and play my favorite game only to hate every second of it. So I quit, I haven't gone back. I still play offline games with my buddies, but I don't think I'll ever log back on Elite Smash ever again. And I hate that I feel I have to do that, but the online experience is too toxic.
I wouldn't blame you for quitting "Elite" Smash. It's anything but Elite and 99.9% of the time you run into people like in those 2 games you had... or even worse sometimes.
Like you would think, reaching Elite Smash cause you should find people that somewhat know or know how to play the game and you usually do through the high 11 million gsp and low to mid 12 million gsp. But on high 12 to 13 million gsp all I’m finding recently is flowchart dumb players, whether it works for them cause online or not, campy players or players who only care about themselves that they have crappy internet and abuse it with annoying characters. Elite smash is so garbage.
Up B OoS is one of his best tools and single-handedly bumps him up a lot of tier placings because he'd be trapped in shield otherwise. But it doesn't combo and won't kill until extreme percent so if he can see a stronger punish he's gonna want to go for those.
I completely understand this. Ur having fun games in elite smash and then you match into some people who completely ruin the fun, I understand it.
That's more than half the games for me :/ toxic people and campers are errywhere idk if it's just my luck or the GSP range I'm in but it's horrible

Exactly the reason I stopped caring about elite smash and stayed away from Quickplay

Back to back long form vids. The backlogs are coming in clutch. Also diversify your content if your not having fun in elite smash.
2:45 Samus players like this are the reason we have a bad rep...
That's exactly why I don't judge a book from its cover
Samus is supposed to be all about cleverness not spamming
I can say the same thing about watching other Zelda’s. The only difference is that the Zelda’s are worse when it comes to using their brains.
0:59 Incredible Mods There!
You still have a lot more patience than I do fighting online warriors like that Samus.
Same stuff happens to me all the time in elite, but none the less I’m still happy you posted another video! I really enjoy them!
You know I think I also ran into that same campy samus the other day, glad to see we both kicked their ass

as t least its fun for the viewers to watch you cook these scrubs
I played Elite smash a while ago and ran into 5 lag switchers in a row. Like god damn let me have fun
Great video man, need to see more of your cloud !!
Keep doing what ure doing 👍👍

I thought it was just me when peoples connection would just randomly lag then magically start back fast
Bro i think I remember fighting that same Samus before, they would play normally but as soon they lost a stock they immediately start camping
That's what most online zoners do when they're losing
Play your tools effectively and zoning tools zone effectively
Plus playing patiently and knowing when to go in can shut them down if you have the skill too
Every Samus plays like that annoying one yo ran into

At first I thought it was just a coincidence. But now I know. These lag switcher are so pathetic
I always wondered. How do you canceled neutral b charge in the air as seph?
Jump, I think
You can jump or air dodge
@@khaoz3943 just make sure not to directional airdodge 🙃

True dat
have you ever wanted to play other fighting games other than smash?
what stage mod is that?

so is up B oos for scrub bowsers or something ? don't play bowser genuine question
