for that an internal user has to be created for the employee and link it with the employee profile using the related user field. Now generate a password for the user and set access rights to the respective module. Employees can log in with a username and password.

Contract start date is considered as the joining date
how we can create a link that employee can fill its form, then we dont need to add info manually
Usually details from the application will auto-populate to the employee form and using the salary package configurator if we send the link some details like personal information will only be updated. Other details have to be done manually
