So basically you're able to substitute homemade chlorine bleach (which I imagine is just distilled to increase the concentration) for nitric acid to make something akin to aqua regia, is that right?
Yes, Bleach and HCl will dissolve gold, HCl and hydrogen peroxide, HCL and Sodium Chlorate, Aqua Regia, Aqua Regia in situ i.e H2SO4 and NaNO3 or KNO3 will dissolve gold, Cyanide as well.

It's fairly easy, you can watch other people do it like owltech or Dusan 999. Incinerate the capacitors, remove the white powder-ish and your left with newer style MLCCs. You can either through them in a beaker and treat with nitric or crush before adding. Once the reaction has ended with the nitric filter the solution. At this point depending on the nitric acid you use it could be mostly silver with some palladium or most of the palladium, process the silver out of the solution, filter the remaining solution and the palladium can be recovered by chlorine gas or several other methods, there is no one method to process anything, just whatever method works best for you

@@elbeyiasan2387 most people dont know you can dissolve palladium with nitric acid, it's not the best option because AR seems to do a better job but again it depends on what you're using, your process and so on. BECAREFUL, platinum group metals are much different than, they can cause a slow painful d e a t h by something called platinosis which there is no cure

I need urgent help. Using this method i was able to dissolve the gold powder(not all though) and filtered it ready for precipitation. I prepared SMB with boiling distilled water and poured it into the solution. The colour of the solution turned transparent from clear golden yellow but there is no further reaction. I think I may have lost my gold. Any suggestion on how I can recover it back??

100ml HCl first pour 10ml bleach, observe, later add 10ml more bleach if needed. Not more than that.
And what is the ratio for HCL and bleach. Sorry for bother to ask this question for the builder for this vdo. Aqua Regia is really corosive and strong smell.
3 part HCL + 1 part Bleach

It's one of the light PGMs and reacts with Hypochlorite (bleach) to produce the very toxic gas Ruthenium Tetroxide. It also explodes just above the boiling point of water. I watched a fume hood get demolished when some reacted with some rubber tubing.

Beach will react with Ruthenium to form RuO4 (Ruthenium Tetroxide) a very explosive and toxic gas. Be afraid. Test very small quantities of ore first.
