There are browser extensions (PC) and 3rd party CZcams clients (non-PC) for exactly this. Trying to use the internet without them these days is a deplorable experience.

Like the 7 inch screen for your car, looked good but noticed as all the txt whized by that it's powered by cigarette lighter. I don't think you get them on cars much anymore.
