No oo. After embroidery you don't need facing again, you don't need to turn the neckline. The embroidery design has covered all the edges of the necklines.

You can add 5 inches then use 1 inch to sew the sides. It doesn't have side slit so the remaining seam allowance will allow you to walk freely without being tight on your leg.
