Sam represented The UK in last year's Eurovision competition. He came second place behind Ukraine. He finally is getting the recognition he so justly deserves. He has other great originals also. Great reaction. Hope you do more of Sam's music. His tiktok compilations are fantastic aswell. Peace✌
He and his song were such obvious winners had it not been for the huge sympathy vote due to the Ukraine/Russia war.
Since then, Sam has gone onto worldwide sales and sell-out tours, as well as Brit and Emmy nominations. The biggest star to come out of Eurovision in recent times after Maneskin in 2021 and one of the biggest in Eurovision history and he didn't even win!

Sam Ryder is a musical, dynamic, powerhouse with an insane range. His joy of music, his love of life comes across in everything he sings. I can hardly wait for you to hear more from him. This is so funny to me...the first time I heard this song I was a bit indifferent to it so I was (slightly) worried you wouldn't get the powerhouse hit like I get from Sam Ryder every time now.

Sam sang Somebody to love with Queen and the Foo Fighters at the Taylor Hawkins Tribute at Wembley last year, and his appearance there led to his Fought and Lost song in Ted Lasso series 3, Ep.11. Phenomenal singer!

Amazing vocals aside, he always seems like such a fun person to be around. Every interview or guest spot I've seen him do he's so unwaveringly upbeat and clearly loving every second of what he's doing, and it makes me want to be his friend.
One of the greatest YT "rabbit holes" I ever fell into was when I discovered Sam Ryder. I obviously responded to his voice first and foremost, as it's absolutely incredible, but I found myself watching long-form interviews for all the Eurovision press he did and I just absolutely fell in love with his positivity and joyfulness. It made me even happier to see his success knowing what a top bloke he is.

Sam lyrically is one of the best lyric writers in the modern music. People just wrote him off because of what people called standard Eurovision song, but when you listen to his wording on "Space, Man" their is just so many levels of a very complex song that Sam wrote. If you can please do a reaction to the music video of "Space, Man" and then his Eurovision performance.
