After all she is a super-competent spokesperson for a super-competent president. After that exchange Karine read this notice: "Notice to the world and to any unforeseen conditions: The President can only attend to your issues between 10am and 4pm Mon thru Friday. He acknowledges he is not the man he used to be but we are hopeful you understand and will shape and conform your issues accordingly to fit into the President's limitations."

Like really thought about it. And what made me end up choosing Trump in the end was I felt Biden was in cognitive decline. That was very clear to me even back then.
