The steam fps doesn't only show cs fps but all the games that you play through steam so I won't recommend turning on the fps counter because you won't enjoy the gane and just look at the fps.
@@babylaaamp2809 i’d say it’s pretty well optimized. Everyone I know can play it at least high settings 144hz+. If you can’t run CSGO, a 11yr old game, at a decent frame rate that’s not the games fault. The fact CS2 makes the game look so much better but only loses a few frames is amazing optimization.

Why when i turn off vsync its not smooth. But its the same fps both on or off 100-130fps.
perhaps your monitor's refresh rate is shit. high fps with low refresh rate creates stutters.

My fps are blocked at 60 and i want more and i don t find "FPS Limit" or "Max framerate"

set your monitor refrash rate at 144Hz or 240Hz or what ever you have
turn Vsync off. It's On by default.
