Today I want to show you how to cook fresh and healthy spinach soup in my Mazand Village and I love to share Recipe of this great healthy food with you, it tastes so good.
I Will write the necessary Ingredients and How to Prepare it below so that you can try it if you like.
The Fresh taste and Rustic aroma of Spinach is one of the highlights of this recipe, which is popular in most Iranian mountain huts. Spinach soup, made with very few ingredients, is also easy to prepare.
Since it is very easy to make and very tasty, it is a very popular and common side dish among Iranians
Ingredients of Spinach Soup:
spinach
lentils
an onion
garlic
orange
Salt
How to Prepare Spinach Soup:
First, soak the lentils in water, then wash and chop the spinach.
Chop the onion and fry it in butter until it turns golden and add the garlic along with the spices
Now add the spinach to the fried onion and garlic
Now is the time to add the lentils.
Add some water and let it cook.
At the end, before turning off the fire, add orange juice (a type of local lime) along with salt.

Wheat flour
Oil
Milk
Baking powder
Turmeric
Salt
Sesame
Nigella Sativa
How to Prepare Mazand Village Local Bread:
Mix flour and milk and baking powder to make bread dough.
After about an hour, spread the dough with a rolling pin and pour sesame and nigella sativa on it and then fry in oil.
