Trish,there used to be the bomb competitions years ago but the new Mayor just reintroduced it. I hope they bring back the mas glory Arima used to have.We never used to go to Port of Spain until in the 80’s when they destroyed the Arima Carnival.
Oh nice! Happy to see its return… once it starts to pick up, I’m sure it will be great again. I enjoyed seeing the young ones play and learning more about where the bands were from. Wish I got there earlier.
